Flash is a program that you can use to make animations. The files it creates are called SWF files. Xaml is a file format from Microsoft that is used to make graphics and animation for Vista, or the “Flash-clone” Silverlight player. If the above isn’t something you already knew, you will get no joy from this program.
This program converts Flash animations to the Xaml format. It accepts files up to Flash version 8. It handles animation, sound and fonts. You drag files in, it generates the results. You can use the command line for automation.
