You will be a champion for customer driven innovations. You will be leading a team of interaction designers and visual designers. Within the board of management, you will need to be the advocate of a strong user centred design (UCD) strategy. You will also be required to be very hands-on in steering, directing and owning the user interface design process yourself. From Web over IPTV to touch screen and hardware interfaces, you will be defining the user experience together with your team. The area of your responsibility implies the provision of high level and detailed functional and visual specifications as well as paper or interactive prototypes for both formal and guerrilla usability testing. Nevertheless, you will still need to promote the field of user experience design throughout the company. You will have to develop, provide and communicate standards, methodologies, and repeatable processes for the delivery of UCD services. You will need to keep and improve a strong collaboration with internal and external partners.
