Bei @mobile-zeitgeist.com bin ich auf ein Video von Qualcomm (einem weltweit agierenden Anbieter von Mobilfunktechnologie und -diensten) mit interessanten Zahlen zur Entwicklung des mobilen Internet gestoßen. Hier sind drei davon:
There will be 2.4 billion 3G mobile broadband subscribers in the next 5 years. This means there will be 2x as many people using the mobile internet in 5 years as there are internet users in the world today.
Consumers will spend more than $4.2 billion on mobile apps in 2013.
Remember 20 years ago it was predicted there’d be 1 million mobile phones in the U.S. by the year 2000. The actual number was 109 million.
